Motair had no shared schema for product data — categories and attributes varied by source, by year, by whoever entered them. Defined a clean category-and-attribute structure with the Motair team, then built the engine that enforces it. Three systems now run off that foundation:

• A marketing AI for campaign management and product recommendations.
• An automated pipeline that publishes standardised products from the engine straight into Shopify.

Elise — a bilingual PIM that turns raw descriptions into SEO-ready listings.

Built Elise, a Product Information Management tool for Lalita's Art Shop. Paste a raw description and a few photos, get a publish-ready Shopify listing. What it does:

• Generates bilingual EN+FR product copy — body, meta title, meta description, alt text — from raw input in one pass.
• Writes the JSON-LD product schema as a Shopify metafield so the listing serves rich snippets and AI-search results.
• Calibrates prompts to the store's voice and product taxonomy so new variants stay on-brand without per-listing editing.

Turning multi-supplier product data into a structured catalog — with a price-intelligence layer on top for the buying group. Three pieces:

• A system that gathers product information and specifications from multiple supplier sources and emits a structured catalog — cutting time-to-market for online launches.
• A price-intelligence agent for the buying group that tracks current and historical prices across suppliers and surfaces the movements that matter for purchasing decisions.
• In progress: an AI layer that recognises and reconciles different supplier file formats automatically, removing the per-supplier custom parsing that slows onboarding today.
